24-Hour Pay by Phone (Jurisdiction # 3566)

Call the Billing Contact Center at 877-690-3729 or 573-336-5880 (Press 1 then 1 again) to pay using your bank account, credit or debit card.

*NOTE:  You will need your account number and PCSD#1 Jurisdiction code #3566.

Pay by Mail, Walk In or Drop Box

Visit us during normal business hours at our office or utilize our Drop Box 24/7 at:

NOTE:  Payments posted after 4pm will be credited within two business days.  Payments posted after 4pm on due date will be charged a late fee.
